Conscious Living & Emotional Regulation Coach
I help adults, parents, and young people develop greater emotional awareness, regulation, resilience, and inner steadiness so they can respond to life with greater intention.
Science-informed. Mindfulness-based. Practical.
Many of us know what we should do.
We know we should be patient.
We know we shouldn't overreact.
We know we shouldn't overthink.
We know we want to communicate better.
But knowing isn't always enough.
Our emotions, habits, past experiences, expectations, and learned patterns can shape how we respond—sometimes before we have a chance to consciously choose.
That's where my work begins.
I help people develop greater awareness of what's happening within them, build practical emotional skills, and create more intentional ways of responding to themselves, their relationships, and life's challenges.
My academic background is in Human Genetics, and I pursued doctoral studies in the field before moving to California.
That scientific foundation sparked a deeper curiosity about a question that has continued to follow me:
What shapes the way we think, feel, and respond?
Over time, my personal experiences, mindfulness practice, motherhood, coaching work, and continued learning expanded that curiosity beyond biology.
My journey has also been deeply personal.
Like many people, I have experienced moments of self-doubt, emotional challenges, and uncertainty. Along the way, guidance from my Spiritual Guru, support from my family, mindfulness practice, and my continued exploration of genetics, epigenetics, and human behavior helped me see personal growth in a different way.
I began to understand that awareness is not simply about knowing more. It is about becoming more aware of what is happening within us—and developing the ability to respond differently.
I became increasingly interested in human behavior, emotional patterns, self-awareness, and the ways our experiences can shape how we navigate ourselves and our relationships.
I began asking:
Why do people respond so differently to similar experiences?
Why do certain patterns repeat even when we consciously want to change them?
How can greater awareness change the way we experience ourselves and our lives?
Those questions eventually became part of the foundation for NextGen Conscious Mind.
Motherhood made emotional development deeply personal. I became increasingly interested not only in what children learn, but in the emotional environment in which they grow.
How do children learn to handle frustration?
How do they develop confidence?
How do they learn to understand and express their emotions?
And perhaps most importantly:
What are children learning from the way the adults around them respond to life?
This question became central to my work with parents. I believe children don't need perfect adults. They need adults who are willing to understand, regulate, repair, connect, and grow. And that is one of the reasons I believe supporting the adults around children can have such a meaningful impact on the next generation.
I don't believe emotional strength means never feeling angry, worried, frustrated, disappointed, or afraid. It means developing the ability to notice what is happening, understand it, regulate your response, and choose how you want to move forward. That applies to adults. It applies to parents. And it applies to children.
AWARENESS → REGULATION → PRACTICE → GROWTH
We may not always choose our first emotional reaction. But with awareness and practice, we can develop greater choice in what happens next.
My approach brings together:
The goal isn't simply to understand yourself better. It's to use that awareness to live and respond differently.
My work currently focuses on three areas:
Mindful & Conscious Parenting Coaching
Helping parents understand their own emotional patterns, respond more intentionally, and support their child's emotional development.
Emotional Skills & Resilience Coaching
Helping children and teens develop emotional awareness, regulation, confidence, resilience, mindfulness, and practical emotional skills.
Emotional Intelligence & Personal Growth Coaching
Helping adults develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and intentional ways of responding.
I'm not here because I believe I have everything figured out. I'm here because I'm deeply curious about how we grow—and because I've experienced the value of becoming more aware of what happens within us. I believe coaching should be a space where you can be honest about where you are without judgment.
A place to pause. To understand. To practice. And to grow.
You don't have to become someone else. You can become more consciously yourself.
Our inner world influences how we communicate, how we relate, how we parent, and how we navigate life's challenges. When we become more aware of that inner world, we create more choice in how we respond.
That is the heart of NextGen Conscious Mind.
Whether you're looking for support with parenting, your child's emotional development, or your own personal growth, we can begin with a conversation.
